The Croissant Love Story:

Started at the Farmers Market. Now a Houston Classic.

In 2022, we set out to make the best croissants Houston had ever tasted. We started small—just a stand at a local farmers market—but word spread fast. Thanks to you, we’ve grown into a must-visit destination for pastry lovers.

You can find us at our Midtown bakery, right next to Weights & Measures, where every bite is worth the hype. And because you keep craving more, we’re officially building our flagship store in The Heights, opening late 2025!
